Privacy Policy
House of Lettings respects your privacy and handles personal information responsibly.
Information we collect
We may collect contact, property, application and account information that you choose to provide through our website, together with technical information needed to keep the site secure and reliable.
How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and valuations, provide letting and property management services, process applications, and maintain website security. Where you give explicit consent, we also use your email address and selected tenant or landlord preference to send relevant property alerts, market updates and practical guides.
Links in our landlord marketing emails may contain a unique campaign reference. If you follow one and accept optional website tracking, we may connect the pages you visit and the time of your visit to your landlord contact record. We use this to understand interest in our services and follow up appropriately. If you do not accept optional tracking, we do not record a named website visit from that link.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers and professional parties who need it to deliver the requested service or comply with legal obligations. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Maps and address suggestions
When you load a Google map, request nearby places or use Google address suggestions, Google receives the request and technical information such as your IP address. Address searches are sent to Google when you choose to use suggestions. These features are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can enter addresses manually and contact our team without loading a map.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. Contact us at info@houseoflettings.co.uk for privacy requests.
This policy may be updated when our services or legal obligations change.
